酒店環境距離沒話説，就在動物園裡麪，選擇住的舒適就沒選擇靠近動物旁邊，晚上九點多冼漱熱水供不上，打管家電話説需要等半小時，早餐可以選擇的很少，住在裏面圖個距離，兩天免費入園竟又碰上網絡故障面部識別都進不去還是聯繫的管家才進去，唉唉唉節假日放假就是不適合出去

春節期間，除了價格有點貴，還是很滿意的。如果講缺點的話，就是酒店位於車行區，晚上沒有地方玩。不過逛了一天也很累了，晚上吃過晚飯，在小童遊樂區玩一會也就休息了。
家庭房可以遠看動物，餐廳可以喂小動物。
去的時候有點陰天，以為會很冷的，沒想到空調效果還不錯，點贊一下。

環境是很不錯 衹是酒店硬件設施太不完善了 既然是針對親子游，基本供暖和熱水洗澡都沒辦法解決，我們訂的別墅房，最多2個人洗澡水温還很低，小孩根本洗不了澡！再燒就要等1個多小時太麻煩了！！如果是夏天一家人洗澡更是剛需。一樓房間連門都沒有，空調開最大都很冷。帶寶寶去住需要的礦泉水多 畢竟要沖牛奶，第一次遇到加水需要收費的6/瓶！體驗感太差了。房間冷 沒熱水 礦泉水收費就這三點，應該不會再去了！可以去動物園玩 但是不建議住這個酒店 除非你不需要洗澡不怕冷

訂的雙層木屋，房間很大，設備齊全，陽台可以喂小動物，冬天去有點冷，房間不暖和，熱水器不給力，洗個澡太冷了。

去之前攻略了一下，看到園區很大，不想玩那麼累就選擇兩天一夜，住在動物園酒店。可以説這次孩子玩的非常開心。大馬戲非常精彩，表演者水準非常高，真的是國際大馬戲，看了兩遍。其他演出也值得看，不一樣的感覺。主打與各種小動物互動，主要是投食，自己帶了一些胡蘿蔔，自駕區和酒店裡的小動物都是可以喂的。步行區需要購買園區給動物提供的食物，看到了最近很火的卡皮巴拉（水豚），興奮的不得了。第二天租了一輛電車，開了半天也是非常的過癮。還有水世界，水很乾凈，設施大小非常適合小盆友玩，人很少，感覺就像包場了。住的房間外面就是小動物，一大早就是各種投喂，六點多就起來了，喂不過癮，就感覺帶的東西太少。哈哈。。。。
園區內的工作人員和酒店服務人員，態度都非常好。管家車隨時待命，非常貼心，房間寬敞、舒適，晚上睡覺非常安靜，還備足了礦泉水。
總體感覺非常好，園區主打就是互動、休閑，是孩子的樂園，以後還會去。

物超所值，獨立木屋，帶陽台，可以曬衣服看動物，包含門票表演都含，可以2天玩到閉園，大馬戲精彩，夜裡的打鐵花真漂亮，租的小車住店遊客包天160，隨走隨停。帶着孩子真是省腿啊。管家服務人員特別好，提前開空調，隨時接送。確實偏僻，沒外賣，提前準備點吃的，園內有餐廳，偏貴一點，酒店有早餐，晚餐火鍋。確實遠，開車比較合適，我們打車去，離徐州市區較遠。

房間不大，裏面有地暖在房間裏很暖和，酒店的服務還可以，雖然比較遠但是可以來回接送。但是動物園就不得不吐槽一下了，動物以猴子居多，沒有熊貓沒有大象，而且工作人員態度極差，我家小女兒看到小浣熊，對我説媽媽我好想餵它，我還沒來得及説話工作人員就很兇的對我女兒説不能喂什麼的，我説我當然知道不能喂就帶着孩子走了，很讓人反感，這裏工作人員感覺都沒有什麼愛心，説話都很兇好像遊客欠他們一樣。騎馬一個大人兩個孩子花了80，沒什麼意思就走一小圈。在那個非洲餐廳買了個奶茶噸噸桶，28塊錢給你用一丟丟奶茶粉沖～真的有點無語，沒味道。你可以賣貴點但是能不能做好一點～早餐我看標價98一人，抱了很大的期待，結果是我這麼久來吃的最差的早餐自助，飲料衹有牛奶和酸梅湯，品種少的可憐🥹比較推薦的就是卡皮巴拉和那個喂小鸚鵡（10元1人）
