環境是我喜歡的，山水之間。去之前看差評多還有點擔心，沒想到去了之後遠超預期，老闆房間內衞生做得還可以，就是房間臨水有些潮所以看着設備舊舊的，但是有一説一，睜開眼睛就是樹和湖水，這個價格真的別處很難訂到這麼棒環境的。很喜歡，還會再來

出來玩不想生氣，並不是不計較。之前來過一次，服務也不是這樣的呀，要是不想開酒店乾脆不開了吧。老太太説話嗆人，晚上回來洗澡，冷水開關也是滾燙的熱水，打電話老太太上來很不耐煩的説你不會把熱水放完？我是來玩的還是來受你臉色的？我一個隨州人來玩你都這樣。那外地人來不被你的態度氣到以後都不想來隨州了？真丟隨州人的臉！給隨州人抹黑！

倒了八輩子黴選了這個酒店，長這麼大住的最差的一個酒店，看地圖在琵琶湖旁邊覺得應該會不錯，結果完全不一樣，驚掉下巴。那天整個酒店就我們一家人住，真是**，而且這種稀爛酒店居然還這麼貴的價格，我要是知道那些情況100我都不會住。剛去的時候還加了60換到了湖景房，一開始是電視遙控用不了，那個男老闆搞了大半個小時才好，晚上回去洗澡沒熱水，要放半個多小時才有熱水，水壓還特小，真是服了這種酒店，空調製熱效果也差，感覺衹有23度，調多高都沒用。總之，這酒店真是一言難盡……太差了……

衝著水景去的，到了酒店外一片漆黑像**。沒有人住酒店不開燈。入住後因為要求開走廊的燈跟穿着睡衣的老闆吵起來了。圖片為房間門外堆積的布草。大家自己看吧

琵琶湖風景區的入口，由一棟辦公樓改建裝修而成，外觀較差，內部裝修尚可，門口可以停車，吃飯需要開車，比較安靜，人少，空氣好，一家人在酒店門口燒烤（自帶），打羽毛球，很開心

酒店就在琵琶湖大壩旁邊，風景秀麗，靠湖的房間可以看湖面日出。酒店周邊安靜，還有許多露營和燒烤的地方，適合年輕人聚會，中老年人避暑休閑。可能是疫情原因，沒有提供餐飲服務，不過離酒店不遠的洪山鎮上有很多酒店，性價比不錯。
