Staff are not really friendly like others accor group but still up to standard hospitality.
Location bit far from city center.
No hand towels and face towels in the bathroom but it's ok not required.
Overall meet expectation.

Yellow water on sink, no soundproofing, some of the rooms smells very bad, service was slow. Not recommended.

Service was excellent, all staffs were friendly.
Cleanliness was not the best! At Verandah restaurant during breakfast we witnessed birds were eating from the serving spoons and bread/pastries that was in the open. Also there were webs on the shelves where they keep spoons/forks and plates. It was disgusting to see those!

The building is gorgeous but the rooms are quite old. Renovation is needed.
It's a nice hotel, good breakfast and very good coffee.
Because of Ramadan, only one restaurant is open.
But anyway, it's a nice hotel, highly recommended.
