"I rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The room was in very poor condition. The bed felt old and uncomfortable, and the overall state of the room looked quite run down. The closet was also damaged on the inside, to the point where I did not feel comfortable hanging my clothes there. There were also electrical plugs hanging out of holes in the wall, which raised serious safety concerns. For any guest, especially those travelling for work or with family, this is not something that should be overlooked. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this property. When I booked the hotel on Trip.com, there were no clear photos that accurately reflected the current condition of the room. I am attaching actual photos with this review to provide a more realistic reference for other travellers. I hope the management will take steps to properly maintain and refurbish the rooms, as the current condition does not provide a comfortable or safe experience for guests. I would also encourage Trip.com to review whether this property should continue to be listed in its current state."
