Lower level has 2 bedrooms with 2 queens & a full bed each & a pool table/game area. Instead of going out in the snow for a hot tub try our x-large steam room! (No hot tub yet). Privacy and luxury with incredible views of Quandary Peak! Over 4100 square feet! Easy access to Breckenridge and all it has to offer--the free bus is within a mile and it's less than a 15 minute drive to the cute Main Street and ski lifts/gondola. In addition to Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper are less than 45 minutes and Vail is only an hour away! Or head over the hill to Alma, South Park, and FairPlay for slower-paced but unique experiences as well! Just under 2 hours from DIA--and alternate access via 285 can help avoid the I-70 traffic! There's a desk if you MUST do some work, wifi, and a 2 car attached garage and mud room for your ski/outdoor equipment. Washing machine and 2 dryers for your use! Perfect for multiple families or a small corporate retreat! We'd love to have you come make some memories!
