We had a fantastic stay at Summit Galleria Cebu! We booked two connecting rooms, one with a king bed for us and another with two beds for our kids and it was the perfect setup for a family trip.

The location is unbeatable, close to everything and directly connected to the mall, which made everything super convenient. Whether we needed a quick meal, shopping, or just entertainment for the kids, it was all right there.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the bellmen were quick, helpful, and always attentive. Their service really stood out during our stay.

One minor downside: when the café closes and you're coming back from the mall, you have to walk around to get back in. But on our last night, we saw the café crew still inside after closing, and they kindly let us in when we knocked and that gesture made a great impression.

Breakfast was another highlight it was delicious and included in the stay! The sikwate (local hot chocolate) was rich and flavorful one of the best I’ve had.

Overall, our experience was wonderful and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially families.

It was an amazing experience—just like staying in a 5-star hotel. The place is new, and the amenities are superb. We’ll definitely book again if we return.

The kids absolutely loved the play area, and my husband was very happy with the gym—he was even able to complete his full workout. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool was also very clean. Even our yaya enjoyed her time there!

Reception agreed to set up a taxi for me @ 11:15. I checked out and asked about the taxi. Charged me 300, then informed me it was the hotel shuttle, not a taxi l, and I had to wait on other guest. I had two places to stop, I needed a taxi. Told them no that’s not what I requested (and they agreed to). Then they started talking to each other in their language and laughing. I don’t know what was what funny. I still didn’t get a taxi. Just their scuttle driver with no other guest. Disappointing.
