I entered the hot springs of affiliated hotels, so I entered a total of four. I enjoyed each one differently. The food was delicious, especially the rice. There are many new spots on Awaji Island, so I would like to go there again.

The staff's response, the hot springs, and the view from the room were good. I stayed at Haruka, but there was clearly a water leak in the air conditioner area of the ceiling, so I guess this was the only room available. Spider webs were seen in the dining area. There was a stain on the toothpick holder. The meal was nothing to write home about. Personally, I would have preferred a little more sashimi. I've been hearing the group's commercials since I was a child, and this was my first time staying here, but I don't think there will be a next time. It was a very difficult stay for me. thank you very much.

I stayed for two consecutive nights in a room with an open-air bath. What I liked about it was that the view from the room was good and the food was delicious. However, I had a special dish on the first night, but it was just a course of pufferfish dishes, and the contents were similar to those that you can eat anywhere even if you don't stay here. It was cooking. The next day we had a normal meal, but for me, I was able to enjoy the food from start to finish with more elaborate dishes, and I thought it was much more delicious. The downside is that the staff doesn't know even though you're staying two consecutive nights, and when you go out in between days, you can often leave the key with you at other hotels or inns, but don't leave the card key at the front desk. When I returned to the hotel, I told them my room number and name and tried to get the key, but they looked at me suspiciously and I had to explain again that I was staying multiple nights. Customer information was not shared. Next, we had a Japanese buffet for breakfast, but as previously posted, the dishes were not replenished, and there was only one dish left on a large plate, and it was still in the same state when we finished our meal and left. However, some dishes were not replenished. As for the bath, the large public bath had a strong smell of disinfectant, so I always used the open-air bath in the room. The open-air bath in the room was nice. This ryokan is lined with affiliated inns, and you can walk through the hallway to visit the hot springs of other ryokans, but when you go to another ryokan from here, you have to go out the entrance and walk through the hallway outside, even though it has a roof. I didn't go because it was cold. The employee who was in charge of dinner on the second day was aware that we were staying for consecutive nights, so we were able to enjoy a comfortable meal. However, all of the employees here wear name tags, but they are so out of sight that I can't remember their names at all.I think they put them in hard-to-see places because they're afraid of people complaining.I feel more confident. I think it would be a good idea to hold it and put it where you can see it. If you stay here, we recommend a room with an open-air bath.

During the Let's Travel to Hyogo campaign, four adults and an infant stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with an open-air bath. This was my third stay here, and the bathroom was perfect. The food is not bad, but the menu is the same every time (I take pictures so you can see it clearly), and I was disappointed that some items were not replenished even though I ate them late in the morning. Also, regarding the air conditioning in the room, the air conditioner was placed directly above the futon laid out in the Japanese room, so even though I changed the direction of the air conditioner, the bed in the Western room was still hot, and even though it was summer, the futon was heavy. I couldn't stand it.
