Good service and very clean, definitely will come back.

Rooms were spacious.Breakfast and service was good too. even though location is isolated from shops and eateries they had a free shuttle running from 5pm till 9:30pm to Burbank downtown. Couldn’t really hear the traffic noise despite being next to the highway. Definitely stay here again in future.

If only there was a washing machine, I would have been 100% satisfied with this hotel. There's unlimited coffee all day at the front desk, and homemade cookies are served in the afternoon. The pool is well-maintained and beautiful, and it's great when it's empty. There are no restrictions on breakfast like in Japan, like "no taking out," so I was able to eat bananas and oranges while I was out. While footsteps from the floor above occasionally echoed, they didn't enter my room if cleaning wasn't required, and Uber Eats deliveries were available. There's no market within walking distance, but there's a 7-Eleven nearby that sells alcohol and snacks. There's only a university and a church nearby, so safety isn't an issue at all. Next time I stay, I'll get my international driver's license before I stay here.

The room is big and clean

The front desk helps with parking and picking up the car. The TV box had no signal and was repaired later, and the brand of the air conditioner was not working. It was near the road, so it was a bit noisy.
