Check in was horrible. They didn’t have us in the system even though I showed them our reservation and confirmation. The front desk worker had to go speak with her manager about the situation which took 30 minutes total. Also charged $100 for an “incidental fee”, which I’m supposed to be refunded for but seems unlikely. I will be calling if the money doesn’t not return to me.

The hotel is new, clean and eco friendly. The room is pretty small but the bed that we slept on was comfortable. The location is good in Westerville being close to restaurants stores and a lovely residential area. The service was average and the hotel had a rule that was disappointing which is the 25$ fee they charge for early check in. I had to request something twice each request being on a separate day before I received what I needed for our room. Half of the staff were cordial and the other half were not very cordial. The climate control in our room was difficult to figure out and there were no instructions anywhere to be found for that or any other devices in our room. The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain very well and kept filling up every time we had to use it.

Everything was fine except that: a) the fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress, which was annoying, and b) the hallway was painted the color of a bad trip. Otherwise excellent.

Very nice rooms and the property is located next to a lot of restaurants. Staff not so friendly but they made the check in/out process easy.

but I will never stay there again. coffee is important. I cannot abide Coffe Mate. They had NO cream or half & half.

The property was nice and the staff were nice. I love the fitness center. The bed slept comfortably and the shower was omg amazing that shower pressure was everything

It was fine. The bed was passable but not great. Staff was friendly, but limited. Lot's of shopping available 1/2 mile down a busy street.
