It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The temperature of the room was consistent and easy to manage.

The TV in the living space did not work. The bathroom sink was broken and it didn't allow for the water to drain. The carpet was not even vacuumed, there were crumbs of things all over the place. Was not happy with the stay at all.

For the most part it was very nice, desk clerks very friendly. Their linens and towels need to be replaced very rough.

The pool was FREEZING. I specifically plan trips and hotels with indoor pools because I'm traveling with 3 children that love to swim. It is a nice option to allow them to unwind in the evenings. We went to the pool both mornings and nights of our stay and it was NEVER up to a temperature that could allow us to enter the water. I told the front desk each time and they "reassured" me that maintenance would get the water warm. That did not happen for the duration of our stay.

Older hotel without the cleanliness or amenities of other Homewood Suites we've stayed in. Appreciate the size of the rooms but would have appreciated a less dated property.
