It's an old building, so it has an old smell, but they've maintained it well.
Because it is downtown, it is convenient because there are convenience facilities within walking distance, such as Homeple and E-Mart.
You can walk to famous restaurants,,,,

I had a good time at a low price, but that's about it. The cleanliness was a bit poor and the air conditioner was too noisy and dirty, so my throat hurt in the morning.
