The young man said that he was afraid that I would not be able to find the room and wanted to take me there. When he got upstairs, he said that he wanted to upgrade you and that I needed to pay him 20 yuan. I said no. After upgrading, he went downstairs to change my room card and turned on the air conditioner when I got to the room. On a hot day, the temperature didn't cool down for an hour.
