a very good place to relax. close to the street and well served. hotel in good condition, although the food could be better. I recommend it to everyone as a base. Lots of attractions, good swimming pools and most importantly - very close to the sea and the beach!

We are having the most amazing stay at the imperial resort hotel. The staff are amazing especially Olexandra Alex and Eva and Raya they are so positive and lift up my mood everyday. They have so many activities and shows for kids and adults. I really enjoyed the morning stretching and night time shows. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family's travelling and I would love to stay here again

Excellent Hotel, it’s been the cleanest I’ve ever been to. I can’t say nothing bad about this hotel at all, very nice staff and the entertainment was amazing and a big thank you to Alex for making our holiday great and also a big thank you to the bar man that worked hard outside all night to make people holidays special. The only floor I can say is the seagulls but that cannot be helped at all so that is understandable. I think this is a great hotel for kids has everything for them including ice cream but that was mainly for me . Last think the Hotel is in a good location it’s not far from Nessebar and also not far from flower street. If you are reading this review please be careful about the prices on taxis because they like to try give you a high price and I was told it was 25lv no matter the time of day but thank you.

Wow..where do I start. From the moment me,my husband and daughter arrived,we we're welcomed by the most loveliest gentleman I have ever met..his name is Alexander 🙂 he was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and his English was perfect! Alexander told us everything we needed to know about the hotel's facilities,from where to go to eat to where the local attractions are. Even when we departed,Alexander greeted us with goodbyes 😪 I didn't want to leave! The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need. The food is lovely and the staff are amazing...including the beautiful house keeper Vanka 🥰 (sorry if I spelt that wrong) Vanka is an amazing lady who is clearly very hardworking. Our room was spotless every time she cleaned it. I miss you already Vanka 💓 All in all our experience was the best. Thankyou so much. Gemma.xx

Good value for the price!!! Delicious food, very good animation team and service, near to the beach. Very spacious hotel area. My family and I will come back again next summer. Thanks HI Hotel Imperial Resort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious, diverse food. Clean rooms and regular cleaning. One warm indoor and two large outdoor pools. The beach is only 200m away. / József, Hungary
