Home includes a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard, crib, high chair, pack n' play, kids dishes/utensils, 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, outdoor dining area, rainy day games, yard games, smart TVs, free parking, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central AC, a screened-in lanai, and patio. Some beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, and a beach cart will also be available. 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 4 bunks). Two full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub/shower combo), and ample storage ensure everyone has enough space to relax. A one-time per trip $100 pet fee will be added for pets. Since we do not charge extra for the golf cart and it is included as a free perk, if the golf cart is not working properly a refund will not apply.
