Our three Bedroom, two bath Sunriver home is perfect for family vacations. Our single level 2000 sq ft home features a deck off the main living area with BBQ, outdoor table for 6 and lounge chairs, and private hot tub. Includes cable, 47” LCD Smart TV, wireless internet, 8 free daily access cards to the SHARC aquatics facility, tubing hill and tennis courts. Large 2 car garage with 4 adult mountain bikes and ping pong table. Immediate access to the Bike path is directly behind the house, no need to ride on the road - jump on and go anywhere in Sunriver by bike! Bedroom Arragements: Master Bedroom – King bed 2nd bedroom – Queen bed 3rd bedroom – bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) Front room (separate from main living room) has queen sleeper sofa Inside, the home is constructed with an open floor plan where living, dining, and kitchen are all connected to make for great socializing, and there is an additional separate small front living room with queen sleeper sofa to find a quiet spot or to keep the noisy kids. Our family had an excellent time staying in this home! The layout was great. Home was clean and well stocked. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. My kids loved the gas fireplace in the evening. The trail was right out the backdoor. We enjoyed watching the wildlife through the large back windows (deer, chipmunks, squirrels, birds). Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! The grandparents decided to join us and Dana accommodated very quickly. With the layout, it worked out perfectly for the kids to play and for the grandparents to have their quiet time. The back porch was an added bonus because there was a little grass patch for the kids to kick a ball around. The one comment I have is that the bathroom sink faucet handles were difficult to use for toddlers and the grandparents alike since they are knobs. Overall, the home was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

Home away from home Beautiful one level ranch home with a well equipped kitchen, excellent location and easy access to the bike paths. We hope to a try here again on our next Sunriver family vacation!

Lovely home. We were there during Christmas and when we got there the house had lights on the trees outside and there was a lighted Christmas tree inside and the house was decorated it felt very festive. Loved the roomy openness of the house. It is quite far from the village but in the summer time you could ride your bikes in. Would definitely stay there again.

New years get away Nice house, needing a little tlc and a bit smaller than photos showed. Earlier check in would be nice and better master mattress. Sofa “bed” so uncomfortable it was unusable and we paid for 8 adults so needed it. Well equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub.

Great visit and set up for our family Place was as advertised. And a great set up for us. There was a minor issue with the sofa sleeper not working which they let us know about and we were able to work around. Otherwise, great stay with no issues and good communication.

Perfect little oasis We met friends here and got to catch up on life while enjoying the area. Only suggestion is perhaps an umbrella as we enjoyed eating on the deck and kept moving the table to get shade. We accidentally broke 2 small plates.
