โทรแจ้งพนักงานตอนเย็นว่าจะเข้าเช็คอินดึก พนักงานไม่เตรียมห้องพักไว้ให้ พนักงานกะดึกก็ไม่รู้เรื่อง ไปถึงมีห้องเหลืออยู่แค่ 5 ห้อง เราจองเตียงเดียวไว้ห้องก็เหลือแค่ห้องเดียว ถ้าไปช้าคงต้องไปนอนห้องเตียงคู่แทน ทำงานแย่มากไปถึงดึกอยากจะรีบนอนพัก เกือบจะไม่มีทึีให้นอนแล้ว พอเข้าห้องไปห้องน้ำเป็นอ่างอาบน้ำ ฟักบัวน้ำก็ไหลออกมานิดเดียวต้องรองน้ำในอ่างแล้วอาบลำบากมาก ปลั๊กไฟในห้องน้ำก็ใช้ไม่ได้ แถมเจอแมลงสาบตัวใหญ่อีก ทีี่นอนก็แข็งมากนอนปวดตัว ดีที่จองผ่านแอปได้ราคาหลักร้อย ถ้าต้องจ่ายราคาหลักพันคงเสียความรู้สึกกว่านี้ รบกวนทางโรงแรมตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์ห้องน้ำ และความสะอาดมากกว่านึ้นะคะ และพนักงานผู้หญิงใส่ใจลูกค้ามากกว่าด้วยนะ
