服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，室內衞生乾淨，房間後面是個小區，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説很安靜，阿姨很熱心幫我疊衣服，必須給個贊，服務態度還是一如既往的好。

萬達店的位置很好，去駱馬湖/三台山開車半小時左右，去項王故里10分鐘就到了；房間很大，兩張床都是1.5m的，睡着很舒服；早餐也很豐盛，除了固定項目那碗麪以外，還有宿遷特色捲餅+小蝦+饊子；前台小姐姐服務也很貼心，總之是一次愉快的旅行。

客房更是全季的一大亮點。房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，沒有一絲雜亂感。床品選用了高品質的金可兒床墊，躺上去軟硬適中，支撐性十足，晚上睡了個好覺，早上起來神清氣爽。房間裏配備了智能客控系統，燈光、空調、窗簾都能通過語音或者手機輕鬆控制 ，科技感滿滿。而且，全季在細節方面也做得相當到位，天然精油洗沐用品，香氣宜人，用完後皮膚滋潤不緊綳；房間裏還準備了拾趣茶具及精選茶葉，閑暇之餘，泡上一杯熱茶，別提多愜意了。另外，房間裏的礦泉水都是足量供應，小冰箱也能滿足日常需求。
酒店的配套設施也十分完善。健身房雖然不大，但常用的健身器材一應俱全，對於我這種習慣早起鍛鍊的人來説，簡直太友好了。24小時免費自助洗衣房也幫了大忙，出門在外，不用擔心衣物清洗的問題。

環境很好，打開門讓人眼前一亮，不愧是連鎖酒店品牌，酒店設施也很齊全，從酒店窗户就能看到萬達廣場，吃飯也很方便。

太讓我失望了！這麼大型的酒店，電梯竟然會出故障，我直接被困在了26樓。整整十幾二十分鐘，簡直度日如年，更讓人後怕的是，電梯裏所有的救援按鍵形同虛設，按下去毫無反應，既沒有回覆，也沒有聲響。想打電話求救，電梯裏卻一點信號都沒有，幸好同行的朋友發現我失蹤，四處尋找聯繫到前台，我才得以獲救，這可是高層酒店啊，一旦電梯從26樓極速墜落，後果不堪設想。這次我算幸運，平安無事，但一想到就心有餘悸。在此提醒大家，選擇這家酒店時一定要慎重，畢竟誰也不想拿自己的生命安全冒險。

那天晚上凌晨四點多隔壁房間客人講話非常大聲，打電話給你們前台，前台工作人員説讓保安上去説，結果半個小時了保安竟然還沒到26樓，我不知道你們保安是不是不給坐電梯，需要爬到26樓。就算爬也到了。
總結隔音真的非常差，太差了！

房間很好，停車方便，前台服務速度快。主動詢問有沒有開車，告知有免費停車券。退房後還給了兩瓶礦泉水，很暖心！後面過來還會選擇他家！
