Nice, clean, and tidy room. Our room has minibar and large TV. The shower could be hotter though. Quick check in & out too.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stop by here. Of course, the place is comfortable, the air conditioning is cold, the staff is friendly, it's clean and basically all the best.
