The hotel is ok, annex to a mall. Standard rooms are small and relatively dark. Difficult to get good water temperature on showers and the AC seems to set up temperature automatical and mysteriously. They claim to have 5 stars which definitely isn't correct.

Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya was a lovely place with amazing night view. Furthermore, we were caught by surprise when our room was upgraded for our anniversary. We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The Receptions not really friendly, but the other staffs are really helpfull. The breakfeast was great, but the pool is cold, maybe it will be perfect if the pool come with warm water. The picture of ballerina in the room and hall make the ambience little bit spooky.

rated excellent location service amenities cleanliness but housekeeping to watch on quantity of toiletry like shampoo conditioner and lotion - to has 2 set instead 1 for couple and full content rather portion . Instruction to be display where light panel is hidden .
