spacious parking. there is coffee tea. drinking water is provided in gallon and there is a dispenser. owner is very friendly

Everything is excellent. The reception staff took in our request to change our room from twin to double. Based on availability of course. I have also requested a higher floor and they assisted me with the room assignment. The breakfast is great and delicious that it is worth to spend at least an hour there in the morning

Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need.
The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Pertama kali booking di Orchard yg studio dg tambahan extra bed, lalu katanya ada gangguan listrik sehingga dipindah ke Tanglin upgrade ke **R tanpa biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat strategis karena menempel Pakuwon Mall. Selebihnya cukup saja. Room cukup kecil. Host-nya komunikatif dan dapat ditelpon. Proses ambil kuncinya (kartu akses lift dan pintu mailbox, kunci kamar, kartu parkir) di mailbox dan parkirnya memang membingungkan kalau tidak diterangkan. Untung Host kasih foto2 dan penjelasan serta siap jawab kalau ditelpon.

WWutLeeThe Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our tripâmy toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!
