I recently stayed at g nine and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, i ordered brown gravy vegetables but was served yellow gravy instead, which was disappointing. Additionally, while the checkout time is ideally 12 o'clock, i received a call at 9:30 am insisting i check out immediately, despite still being within the checkout window. This rush and inconvenience significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the hotel can address these issues to ensure a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

Stayed at Delux Room @ Gnine but overall size of room are small and was not able to get good professional approach… No Breakfast spread out … limited items …

Excellent restaurant. No complaints at all. Food, room service, ambiance all is good. It is vesu area, good location.

Location was good, but arrengement was not good. Room size was small, no table for keep laptop and do work. Breakfast without live counter, also fruits are cut and mixed in one big plate. No green tea nothing during breakfast.

Courteous staff. Rooms are clean. Location is superb. A couple of areas of improvement. 1 restaurant should serve local cuisine 2. Rooms should have a study table

It's location is great. And u can reach here from any location of the city. The best part is the hygiene maintain from this hotel. I would. Like to recommend everyone if u are a business traveler

The staff was very rude. The checkout time is 10 am which is very inconvenient. My outbound flight got delayed so requested for just a couple of hours time. They were adamant on getting me out of the hotel. Will definitely never go back
