I had an absolutely wonderful time with Amit, Anwari, and Richa during this visit. The served buffet was a culinary delight, complemented by a hearty, full breakfast that left us all feeling satisfied and energized. Throughout the meal, the trio was remarkably attentive and pleasant, making our experience even more enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and warm demeanor made us feel truly welcomed, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They were constantly on their feet, ready to cater to our needs and promptly addressing any questions we had. Dining with them felt like a special occasion, as they delighted in ensuring we had everything we needed to have a memorable experience.

Absolutely the best hotel in Surat—no competition. Everything is brand new, the attention to detail is impeccable, and the staff? Simply outstanding. "I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff during my recent stay. The warm and homely atmosphere made me feel right at home. We hosted a meeting with around 30 dealers, and the service was top-notch. Amazing service and amazing staff. The hospitality was incredible and highly recommend staying here. I feel like I was staying at home anything I asked for they took care of without any questions. Being from America I highly recommend this spot to anyone. Amit, Anuar, and all the other staff here helped me out significantly. I was sick for 7 days and they went above and beyond to comfort me.

Lovely property, would like to appreciate the support provided by Himanshu, Ajeet and Mukunda .... Loved the hospitality ....the only grouse....they should keep the pool open till 8 pm atleast, missed out on the relaxing swim after a long day.

Hospitality was excellent !! The rooms are well furnished with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The ambience of the lobby & the restaurant was also excellent. I lived the breakfast, the spread could be more. The staff are well trained and articulate. Special mention of Mr. Mulunda, who was extremely prompt on taking care of necessities with extremely polite & good behaviour. All other staff in restaurant, housekeeping, front desk etc are also well trained with all smiling faces. I and my family loved our stay & hoping to come back soon. All the best to all !!

Had an amazing experience at Hilton!..The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Mr Amit and Mr Nitin the chef made sure that we are comfortable and the food was according to our choice….The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a great meal.
