Right downstairs is a pedestrian street, making it super convenient for dining and grocery shopping. They gave me a room on the 27th floor, which was really comfortable, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Gold Coast.

The environment here is so comfortable and everything is conveniently located nearby. I'll definitely be back for Chinese New Year!

The room was incredibly damp with a strong musty smell. On top of that, it was extremely noisy at night. The windows offered no sound insulation, and the front desk didn't bother to warn us about the noise during check-in. There was loud shouting until 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Next time I'm in Gold Coast, I'd rather stay at Meriton than ever choose this hotel again. Being on a lower floor means you'll never get any sleep at night, ever!

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Downstairs, there are lots of Asian snack shops, and just behind that is a street full of bars, so it's really lively at night. The room is big, but the furniture is a bit old-fashioned.

Facilities: The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The two-bedroom layout offers a great sense of space, perfect for families on a 3-5 day vacation. Environment: It boasts prime location right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, overlooking both the oceanfront and city skyline. It's also very close to the tram station. Hygiene: The environment is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable. The room is 100 square meters, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Everyone, please avoid this Hilton at all costs. It's utterly unacceptable! While we were still asleep, staff barged into our room three times. Is that reasonable? The first time, they asked if we needed housekeeping, and we explicitly declined. Then, a second staff member swiped their key and entered, telling us it was time to check out. I told her we would. But then, a third time, a man claiming to be an administrator, without knocking, swiped his key and *rushed into the living room* (not just standing at the door) and started yelling, 'Why aren't you leaving? You should be out already!' His attitude was absolutely appalling. I've stayed at many other Hilton hotels, and I've never experienced anything like this – staff barging into a guest's room just because they haven't checked out immediately. This is incredibly disrespectful and a complete invasion of privacy. What terrible crime did we commit to deserve this? Seriously, avoid this Hilton if you don't want to be rudely awakened by someone barging into your room!

The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, a shopping mall, and plenty of small shops. Plus, there are so many restaurants downstairs offering various cuisines from different countries. The only downside is that the bars can get noisy at night, but everything else is perfect. The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities are comprehensive. The staff's service attitude is also excellent; on the first day, the housekeeping even left some delicious chocolates. Even though it's a hotel apartment, the hotel and residential elevators are separate, so you don't have to worry about waiting for an elevator at all. Highly recommend (if you don't mind the bars downstairs)!

The hotel's front desk staff, who were Chinese, were very friendly. The service staff were also enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. Transportation is convenient, as there's a light rail station right outside, making it easy to get to other attractions. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea and desserts. The only minor drawback is that the hotel breakfast doesn't include any Asian dishes.

The apartment is really spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and you can even catch a glimpse of the ocean from the living room. The open-plan kitchen, complete with an island and all the necessary utensils, is perfect for families traveling together. The area around is lively, and the tram stop is super close, making it easy to get anywhere for just 0.5 AUD.

The house has a pretty good view, but the washing machine isn't very clean and the service is a bit lacking.

This was my first time staying in a hotel apartment, and the room was incredibly spacious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location is right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, but to be honest, the area feels a bit past its prime now. While it's lively, there are hardly any upscale restaurants. For someone looking to celebrate Christmas with a bit of ceremony, there are almost no dining options. Next time, I'd consider staying in a newer area, like The Langham (formerly Wang Jianlin's hotel) or the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort.

The hotel's location is absolutely superb, within walking distance to a surfer's paradise beach. The rooms are spacious, and the linens are great. The service is impeccable, and all the surrounding amenities are excellent. Highly recommended.
