Paradise Resort Gold Coast

This was a great place to come for families. My littles ones were possibly just too young at 6 months and 20 months.  I would have loved if communication was better as on a map it showed the little baby club by the washing machines but they have moved. And the gym is down stairs not by the reception. It would have been great when we checked in if someone could have just pointed out that the baby club was still going but just moved.  Apart from this it was a great stay!

We had the best time at Paradise Resort! 🌴☀️ From the moment we arrived, we made memories that we’ll never forget. The kids absolutely loved the pools, splash areas and entertainment, while we enjoyed exploring everything the resort had to offer. The animation team were fantastic, keeping everyone smiling from aqua fitness to the evening mini disco. Our room was clean, modern and serviced daily, and although the resort is huge, there was always something to do. We spent our days between the water park, the different pools and relaxing together as a family. Like any holiday, there were a few little things that could be improved, but they didn’t stop us having an amazing break. Holidays are what you make them, and ours was full of laughter, sunshine and quality family time. Thank you, Paradise Resort, for giving us a holiday we’ll always remember. We’d happily make more memories here again! 💙

This resort is so amazing, lots of fun activities for family, for kids, and parents. Clean room, clean amenities, friendly staffs and helpful.

A Good option for family with little kids, but the cleanness of public facilities is not as comperative as it as another few other resort. Room is a bit old, simple and a little bit dark, guests need to bring their own hair condition and toothbrushes. Btw, Car park is not free in the resort.

Room service was very disappointing. During our 4-night stay, bed sheets were not changed even after request. Staff informed us that sheets are only replaced after check-out and only offered to make the bed, which is not acceptable for a multi-night stay. The breakfast experience was also very poor. For AUD 25, it did not meet expectations at all. Although advertised as a buffet, guests were not allowed to serve themselves and had to request everything from staff, which was inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, this hotel is not good value for money and I would not recommend it. The only positive aspect was the kids’ play areas, which were enjoyable for children.

The location is perfect for vacation and traveling. Within 5mins walk to G link and beach. However, soundproof is very bad.
