Avoid this place like the plague. Save your money and go somewhere better. Arrived and the place had rubbish and plates were dirty. Broken fly screen and other issues that were never fixed. Charged for something that was broken upon arrival. Emails to the place were completely ignored. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Warning to travellers! Do not stay at this place! There was NO hot water and air-conditioning was not working at all. There was zero communication with management as I have tried for weeks asking the height limit of the garage. I have tried the contact form on their website, email from their facebook and the of course the mobile number. After talking with the residents who live there, found out the mobile number provided is the manager's old number and he would not give out his new number. The only time I saw someone was at check in, there was no one at the office in the morning.

Do not stay at this place!! the property is very below standard, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards we had no water one night when arriving home from a big day touring there’s no shower screen on the main shower there is not enough hot water for 3 people to shower of a morning which for the price I paid I at least expect hot water and for that matter water! tried contacting management in office hours with no answer or call back. the kitchen blinds look like they have been apart of a murder scene with dry blood splattered up them, there’s visible leftover food under the oven door, the extractor fan above the stove I say has never been cleaned as it’s dripping yellow gunk. the shower in the ensuite is disgusting with a build up of mould and mildew on the glass door, the hand basin was dirty with soap scum buildup around the taps, the toilet lid was broken, there’s only one spare pillow with no pillow case so we had to go out and buy another pillow and pillowcases, there’s no dish clothes so no wonder the dishes were in the cupboards dirty! The laundry cupboards are rotting away and flaking all over the floor. Trying contacting management several times over issues with the unit with no answer or return call, just a text message saying call me back in the morning and we’ll sort something out, ring the following morning with still no answer or reply. This was supposed to be my birthday get away and my first holiday get away with my husband since married! If you can find somewhere else for a little extra trust me do it do not stay here!

security was an issue due to screen and balcony door did not lock. Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner and more soap would have been good. No face washers & no spare towel. Okay for overnight. facilities good and nice surrounds. Old & a bit dated. Better balnket for the bed required.

Arrived at unit and there was no power, called the number no answer but called back very quick, was told don’t use air con as it would trip power. Later learnt that air con didn’t work and it was the fan that tripped the power. Went out come back and no power again. Hasn’t been dusted in a way and was rubbish under beds, booked for 5 people and only got 4 towels.

Property not like the photos at all. Property is way outdated Although kitchen appeared clean was afraid to use some utensils Some windows wouldn’t open or netting was broken. Rug in lounge filthy Fan wouldn’t work in main bedroom a fan noisey in lounge Very dull and gloomy Annoying to walk up and down stairs to top floor Husband had bites after leaving property Cheap but nasty

Loved the heated pool room was nice everything was perfect for us.
