Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments Surfers Paradise

This motel is in a fantastic location close to Cavill Avenue and right opposite the beach. The unit is self contained and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. The reception girls are awesome and so helpful. I highly recommend this motel to anyone.

Beautiful apartment close to the Cavill Avenue and right opposite surfers paradise beach. Fantastic view on the beach side. The room is very spacious with a kitchen, loungeroom balcony washing machine and dryer. Amenities are beautiful and a pool is here too.

Great 2 bed unit. All facilities including undercover secure parking. Across the road from beach and markets. With easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good price. Would definitely stay in this property again

This is a horrible hotel…. The receptionist had attitude and wouldn’t even look at us to check us in, to the go to our apartment and find no air con…. We leave the sliding door open to get some sort of air to find no fly wire on sliding door! We stayed one nite and got out of there checked in to a different hotel. Not only that had a male staff member banging on our door at 8.30 at nite telling us we are swearing on our balcony which we hadn’t been all because he was embarrassed he got caught nearly falling in the pool and we laughed. Worst experience ever. To us he wanted a man to answer the door and was answered by a female to his aggressive state soon toning down. Don’t even rate this place a 1star!

Hi, We stayed at your lovely hotel this weekend and Barbie that was working was wonderful. Not only was she so nice but nothing was ever to much trouble for her and she really made our 2 nights relaxed and carefree. Barbie is definitely a keeper as her service is impeccable and excellent. Thank you

After a false start which was a unsatisfactory room, we were able to change due to a very good lady at reception we were able to change which was effectively was fabulous. Room had everything needed including Satellite (foxtel) TV IQ box (Perfect) Our 5 nights there was slap bang in the middle of everything and common areas very clean. Parking in the property was perfect as we could walk to everything central. Would certainly stay there again but you want to be above say 5th floor. Staff were fabulous.

Fantastic location, across the road from the beach. Short walk to cafes and Cavill mall. Clean and well looked after apartments, great size too. We were on the 7th floor, view was amazing. Pool was clean and warm. Also spa, sauna and tennis court, great additions. Reception ladies were friendly. Free parking. Definitely would stay here again. We stayed 3 nights but would loved to have stayed a week or more at The Grosvenor.

I note this is a 3.5 star accommodation and didn't expect much. I was blown away ! We had ocean views, a balcony and free carparking! And right on the esplanade of Surfers paradise. Our apartment was clean and was amazingly spacious. Staff were friendly and even though I had tracked dirt on the newly mopped tiles at reception, the staff mopped it up again without complaining. Pool was small but still clean, and spa was popular with other guests. The ocean is just across the road. The full kitchen in the one bedroom apartment we stayed in was convenient, if we needed a break from all the great restaurants just on our doorstep. I enjoyed our two nights' stay here and have already booked again for NRL Grand Final weekend next year. We could hear all the Panthers supporters in the apartment block next door last night.

Totally recommend, wonderful staff, room was awesome and clean, view was spectacular, pool and spa were great spaces to relax in, definitely will be booking again! Walking distance to Cavil Ave, beach access right across the road, and markets on weekend!
