AVOID!!! Highly NOT recommended. Here's my experience: 😤 1. No toothbrush, no slippers. If you need a toothbrush, you have to buy it from a vending machine next door. 😡 2. No room cleaning for three days. I was told cleaning would cost an extra AUD 100 per service. 🤬 3. Checking out after 10 AM incurs an overtime fee of AUD 19. The staff called me at 10:45 AM, clearly waiting until after the grace period to inform me. 😠 4. Arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, and the front desk was already closed (they close at 6 PM). A note at the front desk said to call. Over the phone, I had to provide my credit card number and security code, and the staff processed the check-in remotely before giving me the code to open a lockbox for my key. 🤬 5. You cannot leave any trash when checking out. If there's trash on the floor or table, they charge a cleaning fee. Be careful, or your deposit might be withheld! 🤬 Picture two shows how the room looked initially before leaving. Pictures three and four show it after I cleaned it myself and confirmed with staff that no fees would be charged before I felt comfortable checking out.

For Australian prices, it's absolutely fine. Personally, though, I find it too expensive for the value for money.

The moment I walked in, there was a strong smell of stinky feet. The bathroom drain is placed too high, so the water doesn't drain properly. It was super noisy at night, and the soundproofing was terrible.
