Chateau Beachside Resort

The location is excellent, very convenient. The facilities are a bit old but acceptable, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The sink was clogged at one point, draining very slowly, but it was fixed after I informed the front desk. The kitchenware was well-stocked. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Great location, right across the road from the beach. There's an excellent restaurant downstairs with ocean views. Only downside is it gets noisy in the mornings due to the garbage truck.

After a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't have to worry about extra cleaning fees or anything like that. I picked a high-floor sea view room, and you can watch the sunrise from there. Even though it was cloudy in the morning, the view was still incredibly worth it. The facilities are indeed a bit dated; one chair back was wobbly, but overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk from the station, the beach is right outside, the downstairs restaurant is excellent, and it's also very close to the shopping district.

The hotel is a bit old. I wish the bathroom curtains were thicker; the current ones let in too much light, which made me feel uncomfortable. The location is excellent, right by the beach. It's a shame we couldn't visit because we had to rush off. Thanks to the staff for holding onto our keys for us.

Excellent location, right across from the beach. Stunning views from the window, couldn't ask for better! I had a renovated room, which was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and utensils. They allowed me to pay the deposit in cash, and there were no issues with getting it back. The jacuzzi and pool are open until 9:30 PM, which is great for relaxing after a long day. Parrots even came to visit my balcony! 😍 For my travel dates, this was the cheapest option in Gold Coast, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel.
