The hotel is fabulous and excellent value. Room is comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking pool area. We were on 4th floor. Bathroom had all we required. Rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrade. Pool are very good, with sun lounges along one side. Could do with some extra tables and chairs with umbrellas. No space to sit if lounges (5 only) were taken. Includes breakfast which was good. Mostly Asian style. Plenty of fruit. Eggs cooked to order if required. Good coffee. Didn’t eat in restaurant except for breakfast.
Staff very friendly and helpful but with very little English. Translation App on phone a lifesaver.

Hotel and staff very nice and polite . Very clean . Good breakfast. Gym needs dumbbells and free weights. Air conditioning in room 305 very noisy .

Nothing fancy but clean and had a Thai style bed ( hard for westerners)

The hotel was easy to find in the middle of Surin and on site parking. Check in was easy and quick and the hotel room was adequte for 1 - 2 people. I have to be honest the bed was so very hard and one of the worst i have ever tired to sleep on. Infact i could not sleep it was so hard. The pool was nice size but dirty round the edges and had been cleaned for a while. Overall its a good hotel for people in a budget.

We like the hotel. The hotel owner made a good impression when we first stayed. But the service of the staff should be improved..We come to travel. Didn't use any discount. Pay 850 baht/night Pay cash. 3 nights stay = 2550 baht. Before 7 a.m. on the 2nd day, before leaving for business. Inform the staff that Please help change the towels. No need to keep a room. When I came back from running errands in the evening He didn't bring a towel. You must have the customer call...and inform the customer that The maid has already returned. All day from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. What do you do with your time?
