Hotel was 3 minutes away from Central Station via walking, convenient for trains and light rail access. It is walking distance to Surry Hills for the famous Bills Restaurant as well. For Chinatown/CBD, it is about 10-15 minutes walk, do-able walking. Room was clean and staff were courteous.

the location is great. about 5 mins from the Central Station.
the cleanliness is okay in general.
i stayed 3 nights here , but i m not sure why my room had not been cleaned and tidied up while i have hanged the clean my room sign on my door before i left the hotel in the morning. it hasn’t been clean when i was back in late pm. i called the reception asked for a set of new towels but the staff sounded surprised of what i asked. they did gimme a new towel at last.

I would highly recommend this Hotel - I have to travel to Sydney regularly for Business and its location near Central Station makes it an ideal hub. The staff are friendly and the management especially -Nick Thapa are responsive to any needs or concerns. Loved my stay and also enjoyed using Trip.com for the first time to book my stay.
