I have stayed here a few times now. The rooms are nice and spacious. Bathrooms are very small. The beds are slightly hard foam but I like that so had great nights sleep. The bonus for the stay are the awesome spa/pool facilities. Lovely relaxing water jets in a super warm pool. Downstairs there is also a steam room and 2 saunas. The stay also allows access to an excellent, well-equipped gym. Free parking. It’s a short walk into the altstadt. I will be back for sure.

I choose this hotel because the price was very competitive in this area. There are not many rooms so you need to be quick or book in advance Breakfast is great and staff always kind and helpfull Covered parking available The fact that you can acces to a full SPA and a full complete GYM is a great plus. I really liked to go to the GYM after work and then a quick dip in the swimming pool Would love to go again. Really recommend

Das Zimmer eher karg, das Bett bequem und die Fitness und Wellnesslandschaft perfekt für mich! Das Frühstück war ok, der Kaffee sehr gut..... Insgesamt war es für mich ein sehr guter Businessaufenthalt. Man muss ein paar Abstriche machen, was die Beleuchtung im Zimmer angeht, aber insgesamt gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Danke auch für den freundlichen Empfang und bis zum nächsten Mal!

J'avais effectué une réservation pour 3 nuits. J'ai par la suite demandé s'il était possible de venir un jour plus tôt, ce qui a été accepté. Quand je suis arrivé, ma nuit supplémentaire n'avait pas été réservée et la réceptionniste m'a proposé de loger pour une nuit dans un hôtel situé à environ 150 mètres de là, ce que j'ai accepté. Elle m'a dit qu'ils me rembourseraient la différence de prix, ce que je trouve normal étant donné qu'il était plus cher et que c'était une erreur de leur part. Le lendemain, quand je suis retourné à l'hôtel, la réceptionniste m'a dit que son directeur ne voulait pas me rembourser les 30.- de différence. Il me proposait une remise de 15.- sur un futur séjour chez eux, ce que j'ai refusé.

L'hôtel ne paie pas de mine, il n'est pas idéalement situé, mais globalement, c'est une bonne surprise. L'accueil est sympa, les chambres et le petit déjeuner sont bien avec le parking gratuit. Le spa est vraiment agréable, piscine intérieurs et extérieure. On est un peu à l'écart de la ville, mais on peut facilement s'y rendre à pieds

Ich war für eine Nacht da. Schon im Vorfeld war der Mailkontakt nicht besonders kundenfreundlich, meine Fragen wurden nicht vollständig geklärt. Das Personal ist nur mittelmässig freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr gross, jedoch kühle Atmosphäre und spartanisch eingerichtet. Ich fühlte mich nicht wohl. Temperatur zu warm. Vorhänge verdunkeln zu wenig. Das Bad ist sehr, sehr klein. Das Lavabo noch viel kleiner. In der Dusche hatte es Kalkflecken beim Regal fürs Duschmittel. Kein Waschlappen vorhanden. Das Bett ist zu hart. Frühstück fand ich auch nicht befriedigend. Die Früchte waren allesamt nicht schmackhaft (Kirschen, Kiwi, Trauben), zu unreif. Vorteil ist, dass im Preis das Fitnesscenter und die Badeanlage inbegriffen sind. Und auch ein Parkplatz in der Garage. Ich würde mir einen kundenfreundlicheren Empfang wünschen, dass mir bei Ankunft aufgezeigt wir, was ich alles wo nutzen kann. Und die Zimmer bräuchten ein make-over bezüglich Einrichtung und Atmosphäre. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist echt etwas speziell,so hinter Glasscheiben mitten in der Etage. Einfach nicht zum Wohlfühlen.

im großen und ganz in Ordnung, das Bad war sehr klein und es war sehr laut im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zu einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Es gibt bessere Frühstück Buffet

Gutes Hotel, grosses Zimmer, sehr kleines Badezimmer, Frühstück OK, freundliches Personal, SPA-Bereich gross und sehr schön. Gute Lage, nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom BHF und ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen.
