Near Mascot Station, very convenient to go to city. Room 301, Old windows, have gap and cold wind came in from outside.

The location of the Hotel was better than we expected. The room was of descent size. The only downside is that there is no microwave in the room.

Dirty room,staffs were really rude not helpful.asked them to warm food for toddler but they said we dont let customers to use our microwave.house keeping was not done on time,dirty floors

位置離國內機場很近， 去國際的話可以先乘350到國內， 旁邊就是到T1的大巴， 15分鐘一班。
服務真心差， 住了八天， 僅打掃了兩次，一次是碰到了服務員告訴她今天請打掃房間， 一次是僅把浴巾收了。 面巾紙是第一天就光了然後一直也不補。 下次應該不會再住這個IBIS了， 還因為是全球連鎖酒店以為服務要好一點了。

Easy to access from either International or Domestic airport in Sydney. Staff were friendly and easy to check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It’s a cosy room,though small but quiet. The carpets in the public area are somehow dirty due to busy customers maybe .Anyway ,not bad.
