Paid extra for breakfast but reception staff said I never did.
Missing bulbs on outside of room so couldn’t see to get in and fell over

The stay started poorly when it took an hour to check in. There was one person on reception and a constant stream of guests.
The room was a good format with the king bed and bunks - though the way two singles are stitched together to make a king bed means there is a large drop off between the beds
There were urine stains or something equally as grotty on the front of the toilet.
The air conditioner/heater sounded like farm machinery - and was quite loud through the night
Water temperature in the shower - adding no cold to the mix and the water was still only warm at best
The breakfast which was included in the room price - there was a good selection of cereal, hot food and pastries - but once again the poor staff struggled to keep up with the number of guests and there wasn't enough room for people to sit down to eat. Guests ate outside in about 6 degrees temp. The staff did their best
Lastly value for money - a basic room was $414 for a night. Seemed like a bit of a rip-off considering how basic the room was - feels like price gouging for school holidays

The breakfast buffet is good
Maybe the front desk forgot to tell you that it is cheaper to buy breakfast when you check in than the next day. It costs $18 per person and you can bring two children for free.
