Overall is ok. Noise from the other room is easy to hear from my room, especially the upper floor walks with heavy steps

The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage

the staff very friendly but I did have a problem with cleanliness in my room especially the shower room was grime bottom of shower door and surrounded out side the shower .

Had a nice time and the staff were great thank Kerry for all the help went above and beyond the house keeper’s do a fantastic job and I will be visiting again soon
