前台英語很好，有問必答，還幫忙叫出租車。房間乾淨整潔，有電水壺，早餐不錯。500米以內有個購物中心。
床又軟又小，不過歐洲普遍都這樣。

Das Hotel hat relativ geräumige Räume, die Matrazen sind für meinen Geschmack zu weich, aber das ist auch das Einzige, was wir auszusetzen haben. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man bei entsprechendem Wetter gut sitzen und Essen oder Cocktails genießen.

Das Hotel müht sich redlich, mehr als 3 Sterne zu bieten. Möglicherweise hat es in Suwalki hinsichtlich der Klimatisierung ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal, was für die Zimmer im 3. OG auch absolut notwendig ist, weil diese Zimmer schräge Fenster haben.
