The stay in this hotel is absolutely awesome, with the helpful and friendly service of Molly and Hua Hua. Upon registering, you will receive a complimentary gift. There's complimentary drinks (chrysanthemum tea or red dates plum tea) and sweets. The room is comfy with impeccable housekeeping, and immediate response, should there be any discomfort or difficulties encounter. The Line 2 Songtaojie metro station is a walking distance of 700 metres, which is perfect for travellers coming from Suzhou Railway Station or Line 8. There are fast food and Family mart available around the area since it is near the universities, such as Xian Jiantong Liverpool University and schools.

The receptionist was very friendly although she didn't speak any English. They gave mee a wonderful room in the 16th floor, with windows to the south and to the east. There was a concert in the Stadion and I could listen to the music and hear the crowd cheer for free. Fantastic! The room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel is located next to the Olympic sports shopping center with endless possibilities for dinner and at least one bar that is open until long after midnight. Good for visitors with jet lag. 😊

Very clean, and the facilities are new. The breakfast was also good, and we could share a large children's playground with the Crowne Plaza. The only downside was that the air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted, making it very dry. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. It's a very cost-effective hotel, and I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Extended my stay for another night. The hotel staff were all great, especially the front desk team. I have to commend the Trip.com customer service representatives for being so responsive, always answering my questions, and handling issues quickly and efficiently. I booked all my flights, hotels, and high-speed rail tickets through Trip.com for this Chinese New Year trip. I hope everything continues to improve and become even more efficient in the future!

The hotel is located in new development area of Suzhou. It is a bit difficult to find without a GPS, because all the high-rise buildings blocking the view of the hotel. It is a part of a huge shopping mall, very convenient for food and shopping. The staff at hotel are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast buffet is good. The whole experience is nice.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and is surrounded by a variety of supermarkets and snack bars, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, instantly soothing travel fatigue. The shower had strong water pressure and a consistent temperature, and the toiletries had a light, refreshing fragrance that was very comfortable. The most surprising thing was the service. The front desk was efficient and friendly during check-in, and they proactively provided tips for nearby attractions. The rain view from our lake view room was also stunning during our stay! For this price, the amenities and service are such a great value. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit this city!

Tang Ying from the front office was very patient and kind. The stay experience was great. As a resort hotel, the facilities and landscape are very good, the sanitation work is also in place, and the facilities in the guest rooms are also very comfortable. I personally think it is good. I went to the hotel on a business trip on a rainy day. Xiao Liu and Xiao Lu at the front desk were very nice with sweet smiles. The room has a very warm and comfortable color scheme, it is equipped with a smart toilet and a constant temperature shower, and the surrounding environment is also very quiet. The breakfast has a rich variety of Chinese and Western cuisines. The location is close to Suzhou Industrial Park and Luzhi Scenic Area, so it is very convenient for both business and tourism.
