Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great right next to Sujin Metro Station exit 5. Breakfast is good with variety of food and drinks. Overall a very happy stay!

Facilities: I've always appreciated the color scheme of Home Inn Select, especially its calming coffee-brown tones. Cleanliness: The room was spotless. Location: The location is incredibly convenient. It's directly accessible via Metro Line 6, just a few steps from Exit 5. Service: All the front desk staff were wonderful. They even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was much appreciated. I was extremely satisfied. I was in Suzhou to attend a concert. Suzhou is a wonderful city, and I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel upgraded our room because we were traveling with a child. The room was very spacious, and they were very prompt in delivering anything we requested. The subway entrance is right outside the hotel downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

The male receptionist was unhelpful and had a terrible attitude. I had originally booked a king room for a solo trip, but due to a last-minute change, it became a trip for two. Upon checking in, we immediately requested to switch to a room with two beds, repeating our request twice. After getting our key card and going to the room, we found it was still a king-sized bed. When we inquired, the front desk claimed it was a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe king room, but our explicit request was for two separate beds. When we went back downstairs, he started scolding us in a very aggressive and dismissive tone, repeatedly insisting, 'You booked a king room!' and 'We can't switch it to a twin room because the prices are different!' He kept repeating these points in a highly accusatory manner. Of course, we knew we booked a king room, which is precisely why we asked for a twin room/two beds right away upon arrival, and we were fully prepared to pay any price difference. His lack of proficiency wasn't just unfamiliarity with the system; it seemed like he had received no training at all. We waited for half an hour for him to try and change the room, watching him make three video calls to ask how to operate the computer, yet he still couldn't figure it out. Finally, a female colleague came over and sorted the issue instantly. He desperately needs retraining.

The hotel is conveniently located right by a subway station, which is fantastic for getting around Suzhou, especially during summer. The hotel itself was very clean, hygienic, and equipped with smart features. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus, there's free parking available both above ground and in the basement. We were very satisfied with our stay!

The two front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. I was particularly impressed by the young lady who showed me to my room; her service was truly outstanding. The rooms are modern and well-equipped. For this price point, I felt the overall value for money was excellent. The restaurant next door also serves delicious food; we enjoyed one of their set meals. We had planned to go back today to try more à la carte dishes, but we were short on time and had to catch our train. We'll definitely have to visit again! Suzhou is truly beautiful and left us with wonderful memories. We can't wait to return!

The hygiene was good. The young intern at the front desk was very kind, and it was quite quiet at night. During my stay, a staff member also came to replace the toiletries and replenish bottled water, which was very thoughtful. Most importantly, Sujin Station (Lines 4 and 6) is right outside the entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient.

It's also just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. You'll find plenty of great dining options nearby too. Definitely recommend!

The rooms are spotless, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The location is absolutely superb! The hotel entrance is literally just a few meters from Exit 5 of Sujin Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient. It's also only one metro stop from Suzhou Railway Station, providing super easy access to all the main attractions. A special mention goes to the male intern working the evening shift on July 23rd, who provided exceptionally warm and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was great. It even came with a round table. The front desk staff provided excellent service; I had six packages delivered to the hotel, and they were all handled perfectly, with a staff member even helping to bring them up to my room. It was a very comfortable two-night stay. I'll definitely be back next time!

We stayed in a triple room. Coming from Japan, we found the room to be surprisingly spacious, clean, and tidy, with daily housekeeping. The subway entrance is right outside the hotel, making it super convenient for exploring the Gusu scenic area. They also provide complimentary laundry facilities (washers and dryers), which is a huge plus for families on extended travels. Luggage storage is available at the front desk on the ground floor, and even the public restrooms were very clean. Overall, our stay truly exceeded our expectations.
