The hotel easy access from the metro station exit 5. And walkable distance to the famous Pingjiang road along the alley which is quite safe. Next door is McD. The hotel interior is very Zen like in the painting. Which is the main reason I booked. To my surprised the hotel uses Room Control System facilitates. My favourite was the tv projector giving the cinematic experience and able to access their Tencent App for free. It’s not too crowded at the reception. Given me the private and serenity which I enjoyed the most. The staffs and very attentive. I love the teas package provided in the room. I even purchased a few pack to enjoy, save my time looking around.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anshe Hotel during my trip to Suzhou, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and assisted with every request. Check-in was smooth.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially loved the AI feature in the room.
Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore.
Overall, my stay at Anshe Hotel exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I cannot wait for my next visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Suzhou!

Hotel'sstaffs were very friendy and helpful. She upgraded our room to family room. The hotel is clean. Location is good, just a few miniute walk to Ping Jiang Road, very covenience.

The hotel is a little gem in Suzhou. Convenient location, great service. The room is very clean with little surprise of AI xiaoAn who can help you turn on/off lights/TV/curtain, adjust room temp and set
alarm at your command, very cute! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was really clean, the staff members were really nice, and the location was pretty decent. I am definitely willing to stay at this hotel again if I come back to Suzhou!

The hotel is very new (opened May 2024) with modern furnishing and has a cute voice automation called "Xiao An". For me it was more of a gimmick than being practical but still interesting enough to impress my wife who loves electronic gadgets. The hotel is within walking distance to Pingjiang Road. The most outstanding part of the hotel, I must say, is the staff. Everyone of them, without exception, is the friendliest and most helpful lot I have ever met at any hotel who would go out of their way to make sure your stay in the hotel is pleasant and comfortable.

Strategic location and comfy stay.

It would be better if a slipper for bathroom is provided on a cold season.

The room is clean, cozy and I feel very comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Although they allow pets, but I can’t hear the noice once I closed my room door.
The smart protector is very cute and interesting, can watch movie/play music at night.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay.
