The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from the subway exit. It's a boutique guesthouse in the Pingjiang Road scenic area, with smart home controls throughout! But what truly stands out is the service! You can really feel the staff's dedication, highly recommended!

The service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. The room itself was exquisite and very modern. The overall environment was elegant and comfortable. The mini-fridge was restocked daily, and they provided 'Baishui Mountain' bottled water, always replenished. The toiletries were also great. Overall, the experience felt on par with a five-star hotel – small but refined, I really loved it! It's also very close to the attractions. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a long search online, I picked this hotel. It certainly didn't disappoint! I'm quite particular about room cleanliness, though the size isn't a big deal as long as it's clean. I did a quick check upon entering, and it was spotless. The front desk lady was also very friendly, and the fact that they provide mineral water (Baisui Mountain) in the room was a huge plus.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the subway station. The accommodation is tranquil and very quiet, with smart controls for convenience. They also offer a free 2-hour Hanfu experience, which I didn't have time for this trip, but I'll definitely try it next time!

The hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the garden-view rooms with bathtubs even came with disposable tub liners. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all warm and attentive, and parking was free for guests. You just need to tell the front desk your license plate when you're ready to leave, and they'll handle the payment – so many thoughtful details! Excellent value for money.

My friend stayed here when they visited Suzhou before and recommended it to us. It was genuinely good, from the front desk service to the meticulous room cleaning. We really liked the decor and style, and the location is super convenient, very close to Pingjiang Road – we walked there in about 5 minutes. Pingjiang Road in the morning is quiet and uncrowded; I highly recommend visiting then for a unique experience.
