Absolutely fantastic! The decor is superb, and even the small details, like the color scheme, show impeccable taste. The room facilities are modern, featuring both a smart toilet and a regular one, plus a separate shower and toilet area. There's also a comfy sofa for lounging and a desk and chair for working. My favorite part was waking up to the morning sun filtering through the sheer curtains – truly a harmonious and wonderful vacation experience. Plus, the location is super convenient; you can see the Suzhou city wall and it's close to Xiangmen Road subway station.

A fantastic experience with attentive service! The location is incredibly convenient, right across the river from Suzhou University and opposite a shopping mall. Plus, Metro Line 1 is right outside, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a great wet/dry separation. If I come back to Suzhou, I'll definitely stay here again!

The first time I stayed at the eLong Hotel Suzhou Guanqian Street Metro Station, there was a minor issue with a food delivery, which left me a bit apprehensive. So, when I came back to Suzhou this time, after much hesitation, I decided to book this hotel again. To my surprise, the overall experience completely changed my previous impression, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Guanqian Street. You can walk to the commercial area for dining, shopping, and entertainment, and it's also very close to the metro station, making it super convenient for getting to attractions and traveling to and from the hotel. It's incredibly tourist-friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillow height was just right, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The in-room facilities were comprehensive, with stable air conditioning, hot water, and internet. The bathroom was clean and refreshing, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient, and they were patient and polite. They responded promptly to any issues and handled them in a very pleasant manner. You could really feel their dedication and improvement in service. The public areas were clean and bright, and the overall environment was quiet and orderly. The value for money for a hotel in this location is outstanding. This experience completely made up for my previous minor disappointment. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, the room was very clean, and the service was excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Xiangmen Gate, with the city moat and Xiangmen city wall just outside. Suzhou University is also nearby. If you're driving, there's parking available. The front desk staff upgraded my room, which was spacious and bright, and much quieter on the river side. It was also a non-smoking room. The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent; there was no noise at all during the night. The bathroom has a three-part separation, making for a very pleasant stay.
