The room facilities are complete and comfortable, though not luxurious. The service at the first-floor restaurant was decent, but the food was very mediocre. For example, the dorayaki only came with jam, no cream... And I particularly need to point out the steamed yam – the quality was ridiculously bad, and they served it two days in a row! 😩😩😩 The service awareness in the first-floor restaurant was generally low; many staff seemed to be new, eager to serve but a bit nervous. The executive lounge, however, offered much more professional service, which was largely satisfactory. When we were heading out, my child went to the front desk to ask for a band-aid and was surprisingly told they didn't have any. This was quite unexpected, and no one proactively tried to resolve the band-aid issue. Was it because a child asked? It seems this new hotel still needs to iron out a lot of things. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.
