The overall decor is very comfortable and the service is excellent. They offer free Hanfu and Qipao experiences, and it's nice to take photos in the small courtyard. There's also a selection of drinks, coffee, and tea. We booked the family room, and the擺件 (decorations/ornaments) and decor were perfect for kids. The climbing stairs and the kids' area upstairs were the most popular with the children, and they had a great time playing.

I stayed during autumn, and the room was very clean. The hotel's courtyard really stood out – every morning, stepping out felt like being immersed in the rich charm of Jiangnan. Plus, the staff provided excellent and attentive service, always with a smile. Highly recommend!

How lucky was I to book this hotel for my Suzhou trip! The bedding is clean, soft yet supportive, and incredibly comfortable to sleep on! The king room has a bamboo landscape outside the window, and the family room is full of childlike fun with steps to climb up and down, which is great! The washing machine with a dryer was super convenient for quickly cleaning sweaty clothes. The hotel itself is a miniature representation of Suzhou gardens, with beautiful scenery at every turn. Every detail shows high-class taste. The service is even more top-notch; they're always responsive and even anticipate your needs before you ask, offering better service than five-star or luxury hotels. 👍 On the day I changed rooms, I had to leave unexpectedly due to a special circumstance. After communicating with the staff, they helped me move all my scattered belongings to the new room, almost like a 'Japanese-style move.' All my items were placed in the same spots as in my previous room, according to my habits, and they even moved the drinks from the fridge. Their meticulousness truly amazed me, and I'm very grateful! When I was feeling down, chatting with the staff brightened my mood and healed my spirit. Everyone at the hotel is professional and sincere. I'm 100% satisfied! 😃
