I really loved this place! It was clean and hygienic, the service was attentive, and the facilities were new. The interior design was also great, with comfortable warm tones. There were complimentary drinks, and they even gave me a bottle of water when I left – the service was truly exceptional. As someone who's super forgetful, I finally don't have to worry about carrying a room key anymore; I can just use facial recognition to enter my room, which is fantastic! Plus, I often forget things when checking out. The first time it happened, the staff mailed my forgotten item back to me and even covered the shipping cost. Next time I'm in Suzhou, I'll definitely choose this place again! 😘😘

AnYi Hotel (Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road Branch) – Five-star rave review! Staying at this charming AnYi Hotel on Suzhou's Guanqian Street was truly a hidden gem! The overall design is steeped in the cultural charm of Jiangnan, exuding incredible style. Even though it's in a bustling area, you can feel a unique elegance, and every detail shows care. It just feels incredibly comfortable to stay here. The room comes with a complimentary first round minibar. I stayed for two days, and on the extended day, the cleaning staff thoughtfully refilled all the drinks in the minibar – so relaxing to enjoy a drink during leisure time. I absolutely must shower endless praise on the hotel staff – their service truly went above and beyond, incredibly heartwarming! After helping me securely park my car, they specifically informed me where to find shared bicycles and electric scooters nearby, and also about hidden culinary delights and attractions. They were exceptionally thorough throughout. When I was leaving, they had umbrellas ready early, and even though I told them not to bother, they insisted on holding an umbrella and escorting me all the way to my car. This level of attentiveness was truly touching. I thought that would be the end of it, but they even brought out Starbucks bottled coffee for us – this unexpected little treat truly hit home! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. The cultural design is stylish, the amenities are thoughtful, but even more exceptional is the warm and incredibly attentive service. If you're coming to Suzhou's Guanqian Street, staying here is definitely the best choice. It has already been added to my must-stay list for future Suzhou trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Suzhou!
