Got shuttled from Xiangmen station as the location is a no car area. They easily connected to arrange a time to pick up. Hotel gave all the amenities we needed including fruits and desserts and take home snacks. They gave us all the water we needed and helped take our food delivery (using their number). Must say a great location along pingjiang street, and cosy room with the Chinese house vibe. Loved it. Would recommend it, very affordable with great service.

My friends and I picked this guesthouse because it's so close to Pingjiang Road, and wow, did we hit the jackpot! They had a shuttle pick us up, and we were even greeted with hot water and complimentary fruit upon arrival. The room was spotless, well-designed, and literally steps away from Pingjiang Road. They even brought our food deliveries right to our room, and the mini-bar was free – what a pleasant surprise! There were umbrellas ready by our door, and they offered sweet soup in the evenings. The room facilities are complete and well-equipped, definitely on par with a five-star hotel. The central air conditioning heats up a bit slowly, but the butler had already turned it on for us in advance, which was great. I particularly loved the thick, cozy slippers – seriously the best I've ever used! The location is perfect, right in the liveliest part of Pingjiang Road, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The staff are all incredibly nice, offering welcome fruit and even a freshly-made tremella soup at night – it's not overly sweet or pre-made, just the right flavor! The courtyard has a wonderful Jiangnan style, and the facilities are new and well-maintained; the environment is simply outstanding. It's cold now, but the down comforter is light yet so warm, I didn't even need to turn the AC up high. I slept like a baby! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
