This new hotel truly exceeded all expectations, I absolutely have to give it a five-star review! The most impressive thing was the one-night, five-meal package. It was fully scheduled from morning till night, offering incredible value for money. The food was delightful and left me completely satisfied. I was a bit hesitant about a newly opened hotel, but upon check-in, I received a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which instantly boosted my impression. The room had absolutely none of that typical new-hotel renovation smell; it was clean, airy, and felt incredibly comfortable. During meals, I specifically noticed the service details: the restaurant staff quietly and efficiently cleared plates, and as soon as any oil stains appeared on the counter, they meticulously wiped them clean. They were always discreet yet attentive, showing that the management is truly on point. This past weekend, coinciding with International Women's Day, the hotel restaurant thoughtfully presented a delicious cake to every female guest 🎂 My only small suggestion: the hotel is quite large, and getting from the rooms to the dining area requires walking through connecting corridors. It's easy to get lost for first-timers, so clearer and more prominent signage would make the experience even better. Overall, despite being new, this hotel offers the quality and service of an established one. Its highlights are outstanding, and the attention to detail is impeccable. It's definitely worth another visit!

This was my first time experiencing a hotel with five meals included in China, and it offered incredible value for money with a perfect experience! 👍👍👍 Stepping into the hotel felt like entering a Jiangnan garden, with small bridges, flowing water, pavilions, and towers, all beautifully arranged. The staff were dressed in traditional Chinese attire, complemented by red lanterns hung during the Spring Festival, creating an amazing atmosphere! [加油] I stayed in a premium king room on the first floor of the 'Jiangyun' building. Most rooms on this floor have a small balcony, offering peace and elegance 🌹. The room itself was very smart, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The only slight drawback was the low water pressure in the shower 🚿. 🍽️ As for the food, the hotel put a lot of effort in. I tried all five meals throughout the day and could tell the kitchen made an effort to avoid repeating dishes, while also incorporating local specialties (such as Squirrel Fish, Suzhou-style braised pork, square cakes, and Suzhou-style noodles). The Western pastries were excellent, and I highly recommend the seafood congee for the late-night snack! 😍

I had heard about Pushan before, so when I saw the new Suzhou branch open, I immediately bought a voucher for a one-night stay with five meals. I chose to visit during the beautiful spring season. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, it has a wonderful traditional Chinese garden style. It's spacious with plenty of open areas and numerous courtyards, making it very pleasant to walk around. The lobby and other interior designs blend Chinese and Western elements beautifully, creating an elegant and grand atmosphere, which I really loved. Upon check-in, our room was upgraded. The room layout was well-designed, spacious, and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. It was quiet at night, and there was basically no lingering renovation smell in the room, though there was a bit in the hallway. Aside from a slightly leaky showerhead, all other facilities were excellent. Since I wasn't staying in the hotel all the time, I wasn't able to schedule the complimentary travel photoshoot, which was a bit disappointing. I also missed out on the afternoon tea and late-night snack, only having breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the variety of food felt a bit limited, though the taste was good. Luckily, there were some differences between the lunch and dinner menus. The service during meals was attentive, with plates being cleared promptly. During International Women's Day, they even prepared special desserts and drinks for the ladies, which was a very thoughtful touch. The front desk in the lobby and the room service were both excellent. Before check-in, I mentioned via WeChat that we hoped for two adjoining rooms and to be close to the restaurant, and both requests were accommodated. However, some staff members seemed a bit shy; they wouldn't proactively greet guests and would just walk by with a straight face.

The service was thoughtful and professional! Vance made the check-in process quick, Doris was patient and meticulous, and Wish proactively anticipated our needs. These small details really show the high quality of the hotel's service!

We were upgraded for free to a deluxe twin room, which had a bathtub and a bathtub cover, so it was very hygienic. The room was incredibly spacious, almost like a hotel set in a traditional Chinese garden, with each room being its own little villa – really great. The staff were exceptionally high-quality. Vance was professional and friendly, Doris was gentle and attentive, and Wish was thoughtful and responsible. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

When I booked this hotel, I didn't check the location, and only realized upon arrival that it's near Tiger Hill, with distant views of it along the Shantang River. It's quite new, very quiet, and also a bit out of the way, which makes the all-inclusive 5 meals absolutely essential, haha. Vance provided meticulous service, Doris was patient and thoughtful, and Wish was professional and responsible. The hotel environment is warm and comfortable, truly a standout at this price point! I got an upgrade, and having the room to myself was amazing. I only used two of the meal vouchers, which felt like a waste, but I'll definitely be back for more next time!
