硬件上：新裝修的，有窗户，整體看着也比較乾淨明亮。離地鐵站也近，交通方便，整體應該是不錯的，性價比高，但細節和服務不到位，所以給人體驗不好。衹有兩個燈的開關，廁所沒通風沒浴霸。桌子非常窄，東西一不小心就掉下來了，摔碎了一盤高光。沐浴露洗髮水衹給了兩小袋，我長頭髮根本不夠用。更重要是，沐浴露一塗上好癢，趕緊沖掉，直接抓出紫色的一片血點。還有洗髮水也是，傷頭髮，超級乾燥洗完梳不開頭髮脆脆的易斷。平常髮質很好，從不挑洗髮水，頭一次體驗到洗髮水的差別。這些地方花不了幾個錢，希望可以改進。
