三房一廳其實是三個房間的小別墅，房間空間寬敞，裝修風格小清新，床很軟。最最值得點讚的是老闆很熱情很爽快，有什麼問題老闆都很快速的幫忙解決。

✨[進入房間第一眼]乾淨，温馨，漂亮。
🙋[對於房東，我想説]服務相當周到，去之前替我把攻略都做了，衹是我們帶了兩個嬰兒不想去人太多的地方，所以自己做了準備放棄了很多熱度高的地方。去的時候租車去的，在拙政園停了一晚的車，停車費房東也給解決了，還有阿姨來迎接，有啥不知道都問的房東，路線交通工具附近美食購物的地方blabla，推薦的飯店味道也是真的可。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]給我們準備了好多水果，很甜很好吃，還給送了桂花糕，必須給個贊。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]出門100米就是平江路路口，簡直不要太方便，根本不用跟他們擠，晚上十點出門進去溜達都不用人擠人了，旁邊拙政園耦園蘇博，都可以走路去。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]太齊全了，要啥有啥，跟自己家似的。水給備了兩大箱，熱水出的很好，因為帶了嬰兒很多東西要洗，很方便的。
照片是凌晨拍的，卧室裏就沒拍。住了三天從頭到尾非常的滿意，絕對是不踩坑的民宿！！

本人經常出行，但幾乎不寫評價，這次破例，50分給良好的住宿體驗，50分給房東的周到熱情。傢俱，家電一應俱全，門口便是非常值得一遊的平江路、拙政園、蘇博、遊船，避免了開車的擁堵。房東不但細緻的安排了我們的入住、出行，還請我們吃到了當地的特色糕餅。讓我感受到了蘇式的舒適與熱情。力薦！

超好的民宿入住體驗，掌櫃給買超多水果吃，天然又送來一個大西瓜，還特意給我們買超難排隊的啞巴生煎（是掌櫃贈送吃的），房間乾淨衞生，我們已經岀來好幾天了，知道有洗衣服的需要，馬上就安排阿姨代清洗並烘乾，當天疊好送回，總之極好的民宿休驗，屋裡還有電磁爐 、空氣炸鍋等，衞生間全部安裝的智能馬桶，房子位置超好，平江路口，各種網紅打卡點都很近，強烈推薦。

🙋[對於房東，我想説]謝謝你給我們的攻略，推薦地道的蘇州美食，我們去的幾家味道很蘇州，關鍵是物美廉價，好吃不貴（蘇州食物偏甜，朋友不太適應😀😀😀）。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]樓下客廳的投影是孩子們的最愛，回來時，兒子跟我説，媽媽我們家也弄個吧！這是被種草了😀
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]民宿位子很好，去周邊景點很方便，不行都在10分鐘之內。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]名宿設施齊全，每間房都配有衞生間，智能馬桶，乾淨衞生。不過床墊對於我這個常年睡硬板床的人來説不太友好😂😂。
房東很客氣，還給我們買了水果，一個大西瓜我們吃了兩天😋

位置非常好，出門就是平江路北口，離拙政園和蘇博，獅子林都很近，步行幾分鐘就到，房東小哥很熱情，我們到的那天，看我們熱了馬上去買了好多冰棍，房子晚上睡覺很安靜，遺憾的是因為行程安排，沒有吃到房東小哥請客的排隊煎餃，衹能等下次了，強烈推薦一下

幫老師定的民宿！
老師一家四口首次體驗民宿出行，相當滿意～
首先，小哥老闆態度極佳！提前聯繫上了，有什麼問題都很耐心解答！老師一家有午休的習慣，經過協商老闆也輕鬆的就答應了儘快打掃衞生、讓他們提前入住！
其次，民宿地理位置極佳！去各個景點步行都很近，民宿老闆傾情推薦的蘇博也就在邊上，好得很。吃的也多，巴適！
最後，推薦大家，去蘇州玩吧嘻嘻！

✨[進入房間第一眼]非常驚艷！很是喜歡的正經兩層樓！每個房間佈置得都很温馨！乾淨整潔！衞生間是智能馬桶，淋雨花灑都十分滿意！每個房間都配有吹風機很暖心！
房東太熱情了，抵達杭州那天下着大雨，房東熱情地幫我們拿行李，看我們人多還帶着長者和孩子，還送了我們一提礦泉水！不光熱情地介紹周邊景點，還囑咐我們不要上當受騙。第二天還特意幫我們買了著名的啞巴生煎！長者特別感動！離開那天房東依舊熱情地幫我們拿行李到停車場，而且把停車費還給報銷了！太感動了！
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]設計風格非常好看，現代中又融入了國風元素！
位置太讚了！出門步行十分鐘就到拙政園，三分鐘到平江路，去哪兒都方便！
