The apartment is located in the old residential area of Minsheng. There are basically no services. The sanitation of the apartment is not enough, and the facilities are relatively old. It is not far from the historical district of Pingjiang Road. There is a bus stop nearby, and it is a little far from the subway station.

衞生：房間裏灰很大，loft 樓梯上都積灰了，房間裏多處發黴，進門也一股黴味，漱口杯有陳年茶漬
設施：燈一閃一閃的，後來直接不亮了，店家讓我直接關掉……衹有牙刷沒有牙膏，差點幹刷牙齒，也沒有梳子浴帽等
環境：隔音不行，屬於走樓梯都能聽到的程度，房子老舊，位子難找，出門打車要走一段路！2個人同時站在房間沒法轉身得，和圖片嚴重不符

老闆真的不錯，推薦當地吃的和小眾園林，地理位置沒得説，老闆説祖上留下的宅子，不得不説老闆是修來的福氣啊，雖然是老房子，一點也沒有陰森森的感覺，下次來蘇州還會住這裏

因為套房在一樓，中間也有露台。入住第一天衞生沒搞好，有聞到不好的氣味。跟房東説了之後，房東給改到了二樓。體驗感就好多了。所以如果大家去的話，定二樓的房間吧～還是舒服的。

房間很蘇州，在小小的弄堂裏，有彩色的玻璃窗和小小的庭院，有共享洗衣機，在小院子裏晾衣服會看到明朗的月亮。
老闆服務無敵了，會主動提醒預約博物館、推薦當地心水小吃和餐廳（實測真的主要都是説蘇州話的長輩在去），完全不用擔心提前抵達會不會很難溝通，老闆會主動聯繫瞭解抵達時間，衹要有條件都會提前準備好房的。
