The room was great. Laundry service was available, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Suzhou Station. The breakfast was plentiful and even featured local specialties like braised pork noodles. I highly recommend this place!

My first time in Suzhou, and the hotel's location couldn't be better – it's super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and thoughtful; they proactively offered us refreshing chilled sour plum juice and lemon mint water, which were both delicious. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. They also offer laundry facilities and service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Suzhou.

Very nice, very friendly super easy to find. 3 mins walk from the station, super convenient. super helpful staff. will recommend to friends and family and will definitely stay here again if i come to suzhou. and super affordable too for the service and room quality it provides! also unlimited water and free coffee n tea all day
