First time staying at Nikko hotel and it didn't fail my expectation. The electric bidet seat and electric glass reminded you this was a very modern hotel.
The breakfast was very enjoyable, definitely five star standard, with variety of food choices

Hidden Gem in Suzhou with metro entrance next to hotel. Breakfast is very gpod as per Japanese influence. Great views from room and the mega mall 500metres away is a big plus.

The Nikko is an excellent choice for short stay business trips. The Exec business lounge on 27th floor is a good option for busy people and the service and food there is very good. Nice 25m pool on level 6, but the water is a little chilly.
High level corner rooms are great for sunset views over western Suzhou as well as the surrounding interesting architecture. Good hotel in good part of New District. If you go for the buffet option, go early👍

The hotel is in great condition, cleanliness is excellent. Communication with Lynne Guo is efficient and swift, I like it! Only thing, wifi worked extremely slow :( so difficult for working and the amenities is a bit lacking, such as tea and coffee

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nikko Suzhou, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations.
The hotel's ambiance is a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Japanese aesthetics. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any questions with a smile.
The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view of the surrounding area added an extra charm to the experience.
The dining options were outstanding, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes catering to different tastes. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and business hubs.
I would highly recommend Hotel Nikko Suzhou to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. It's a perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Good food compared with its' price. Survice is fabulous. Waiters in restaurant can tidy up dishes been used at once and room service also respends fast.
The only dilemma is that the bathtub has not been cleaned carefully.
