設施：非常好 住過這麼多的酒店第一次看到有護髮素跟身體乳哦 然後店長還給我們升級了房間 還帶我們看房間 很有耐心的小姐姐
環境：落地窗拍照很好看 陽光☀️剛剛好
服務：態度很好 很有耐心 不嫌麻煩
衞生：很乾凈 挺不錯的 下次去還住😄出來旅遊的都可以住這裏哦

房間非常乾淨，一進房間都是香香的，衞生方面做的特別細緻，衞生間看不到一處污漬，隔音也很好，空間很大，前台小悦的服務超級好，有求必應

位置不錯，離地鐵口和公交都很近，打車也很方便，走兩步都是早餐，下了兩天雨一直用着酒店的小白傘，不得不説對於簡裝出行人士相當友好
前台的小零食很棒，前台的小姐姐（79號）也很棒，有幫了不少忙，中途門卡還莫名其妙失效了也是幫忙激活的
一定要嚐嚐蘇州的生煎，不要玩手機，生煎需要專注😭

酒店大堂裏有免費飲料小點心，就這一點就非常讓人心情舒暢，房間小而精緻，性價比很高。是年輕人喜歡的類型，最後一天，前台小黃還幫忙寄了快遞，服務很好

我們入住的這幾天剛好趕上除夕夜，酒店的工作人員還熱情的提供小禮包給孩子們，算是一個小驚喜，酒店還自己製作了一個美食攻略，介紹了很多吃飯的地方，幫助遊客避坑。特別是13號服務很周到，點個大大的贊👍

旅遊非常推薦這間，來蘇州旅遊本來衹訂了一天住着挺舒服的就續訂了，前台小姐姐非常nice！有求必應，來到蘇州的第一個小時就幫忙租到了電動車，有電動車遊蘇州真的很方便，景點都在這附近，小電驢十來分鐘就到，體驗感滿分滿分！酒店很新洗漱台有塊很大的鏡子還有全身鏡，閉眼訂哈哈

酒店設施完善，作為一個四分鐘走到網師園、過路就是陸振興吃早飯的地腳，4💎的設施定位，床軟到沾上去就睡，竟然衹要160的價格，還有智能馬桶和小冰箱，性價比堪稱巔峯，
另外前台月兔和瑤瑤服務很好，我回酒店大堂沙發午休還給我倒了一杯熱水

房間乾淨整潔，小孫兔兔服務很不錯呢，非常贊👍🏻交通方便，地鐵，公交都可以，周邊吃的也很多，大廳有零食，可樂，礦泉水，可以自取，無暢享用😊房間配置了智能馬桶還有一次性馬桶套呢，洗漱用品配的很齊全，牙刷🪥梳子浴帽護理包針線包刮鬍刀香皂，洗髮水護髮素沐浴露潤膚露，真的太棒了[強][強][強]一次性拖鞋，涼拖都有，床🛏️很舒適，舒服，安逸，房間的格局跟平台顯示的一模一樣的。很滿意！推薦給住宿的朋友們！
